Here are the documents to be sent with the registration form to complete the file:

• child 's health record (vaccinations copies).
• family record book (photocopies of parents and child pages).
• a book of 10 10 self adhesive stamps.
• a deposit check of € 75 (payable to OGEC Assumption) that will be deducted from the first bill.
