We made a book from the album La famille Totem which was created by Alain Serres, the author, and Laurent Corvaisier, the illustrator.
It talks about humans who live in different countries and speak different languages.
At the end, we understand that all humans belong to the earthling family: « La famille Totem».
In this book, each character is represented by a totem on which we can see a plant and an animal that represent the nature that we must protect.
To make our album, we have written « Totem portrait» of a comrade, we all made our totem pole then we photographed them to make the illustrations.
We wrote sentences in several languages.
With all our totems, we made the classroom totem.
There is the tome 2 de La famille Totem. We find there the characters of the first album who have aged and new.
A surprise awaited us at the end… the Totem family bus runs in the city of Le Havre!
